  Order Status and UPS Tracking
 

You can check the status of any order by logging into your account, clicking on the order number, and then viewing the data listed under "Order Status".

To track a shipment, use the tracking number provided within the "Store Comments". Then goto UPS's website (http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US) and type this number into the tracking number field.


  Order Status Terminology
 

When you check the status of an order in your account, you'll see one of six terms listed. Here is an explanation of what those terms mean.

PAID
This indicates you have successfully posted payment for your order. We are currently processing the order and getting it ready for shipment. You can expect a UPS tracking number to be posted to your account within 1-2 business days. Cancelled orders at this stage will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

SHIPPED
Your order has been shipped. A UPS tracking number can be found in the "Store Comments" section of your "Order Details". You can use this tracking number(s) to locate your package and estimate when to expect it.

COMPLETED
Your order has been shipped and received successfully.

SAVED
Your shopping bag has been saved for future retrieval and purchase. If you wish to delete a saved order, simply select the "Delete" hyperlink on the "My Orders" page.

INCOMPLETE
Your order was not processed. This could be due to an incorrect billing address, expired date, incorrect name, or simply because we want you to re-review your order and then submit payment. You must resubmit payment to process the order.

You can resubmit payment by logging into your account, clicking on the order number, and then clicking "Re-submit payment?". Carefully re-enter your credit card information and click on "Submit Payment". If payment is successful, your order status will update to PAID.

CANCELLED
The likely reason you would see this term is because you requested that we cancel your order. If we email you regarding a problem with your order, but do not hear back from you within 2 weeks, we will also cancel the order.

Please Note! LongDistanceRelationships.com reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and us against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by customers. We reserve the right to request additional information for order processing purposes as necessary.


  Shipping Times & Options
 

Long Distance Relationships has a special relationship with UPS to offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.

UPS Ground - Your package typically arrives within 7-14 business days of order, excluding holidays.*

UPS 2nd Day Air - Your package typically arrives within 5-7 business days of order, excluding holidays.*

UPS Next Day Air - Your package typcially arrives within 5 business days of order, excluding holidays.*

* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by UPS. These figures are only estimates.


  Product Packaging
 

We love product packaging! Our product handlers love to make your gift stand out and so when you order from us, we take great care to make your gift look like it came from the heart. Each gift is packaged in our signature gift box. For fifty extra cents, we will also add in a classy ribbon (recommended)!


  Sales Tax
 

If your billing address is in the state of Pennsylvania, we are required to collect 6.00% sales tax.

 
  Order Confirmations
 

When finalizing an order, you will automatically be taken to a confirmation page summarizing your order. An email confirmation will shortly follow).

You may also view a summary of previous order by logging in, clicking "My Orders", and then clicking the order number.

 
  Returns and Exchanges
 


Products sold by LongDistanceRelationships.com are covered by our 14-day money back guarantee. Returned items must be in its original condition and meet requirements for immediate re-sale.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by LongDistanceRelationships.com must accompany all returns. You must request an RMA# by filling out this form. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to an incorrect product, a prepaid return label may be provided. For your security, please ship your return item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your invoice. LongDistanceRelationships.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box and return the item in its original packaging to:
